Course duration: 4 weeks, one session per week

Every participant gets their own novice table tennis racket that they can take home, included in the course fee.

If yes, join our 4-week long course, which will cover the following areas of the game:

- How to hold the bat correctly

- The basic forehand and backhand stroke techniques

- Proper footwork at the table

- Serving and returning the serve

- Matchplay, tips and tactics

It is never too late to begin to play table tennis or to evolve your social playing style into something more formidable!

After you are signed up here, you'll get an invitation to our group on 'Spond', which is a sports management mobile app, our main platform for inner communication, session attendance and payment management. It is also accessible via web browser (www.spond.com).
